The Patriotic Lords Initiative for Justice (PLIJ ) has cautioned imposters and criminals from dragging the name of the association in pursuit of nefarious activities or face legal actions.
The Non Governmental Organization which is duly registered under the CAC Acts says they will not hesitate to seek legal redress in the appropriate courts of law and jurisdiction should the reputable organization be defamed without any proven evidence.
PLIJ further warned journalists to always confirm the authenticity of their stories from the appropriate channels before publication to avoid fake reportage which is highly unprofessional.
The organization further cautioned the general public and none members from using the name of the organization.
The spokesman of the Organization, Mr. Nasir says, this notice becomes necessary as some unscrupulous persons recently took advantage of the humanitarian gestures of the forum with intentions to drag the good name of PLIJ into the mud.
Recall that PLIJ over the years have showcased a good measure of community development service, commitment to humanity and human capital development in Nigeria and the international community.
